Heute morgen war mein Rücken schon sehr viel besser. Also müssen die Spritzen geholfen haben. Gleich geht es zum Doc, um mir die dritte abzuholen. Danach haben wir dann unser Abendessen im Asia Noodle House, worauf ich mich schon sehr freue.
Und sonst? Es war heute sehr heiß (46°C / 115°F) und wir waren einfach nur faul und haben am Strand gelegen und viel Zeit im Roten Meer zugebracht. Für den nächsten Mittwoch haben wir eine eintägige Schnorcheltour zu Paradise Island gebucht. Darauf freuen wir uns schon sehr.
This morning my back was much better. So the injections seems to have helped. In some minutes I’ll visit the Doc again to get my third one. After that we’ll have our dinner at the Asia Noodle House. I’m looking forward to it with great pleasure.
Anything else? Today it has been quite hot (46°C / 115°F) and so we have been lazy only. We relaxed at the beach and spent a lot of time in the Red Sea. For next Wednesday we already booked a one day snorkeling trip to Paradiese Island. We’re looking forward to that.
Nachbemerkung / Follow Up
Der Doc war mit mir sehr zufrieden. Ich sagte ihm, dass das nicht an mir sondern seiner Behandlung läge. Mein rechter Fuß ist weitgehend abgeschwollen und auch die Blutergüssen in den Zehen nehmen ab. Sie sehen nun nicht mehr aus, als hätte ich sie wochenlang nicht gewaschen.
Es war wie im letzten Jahr: Wir waren im Noodle House allein. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, da das Essen dort mein absoluter Favourit ist und es mehr Zuspruch verdient hätte. Tina hatte keinen großen Hunger. Daher teilten wir uns als Vorspeise vier kleine Frühlingsrollen, dann aß Tina drei gebackene Wan Tans, einen gab sie mir ab. Er war wirklich toll. Auf Empfehlung aß ich dann Singapore Noodles. Ein Gericht aus dem Wok aus dünnen Nudeln, Hähnchen, Rind und Garneelen mit einigem leckeren Gemüse drin. Man hatte mich gefragt ob ich es „wenig scharf“, „mild scharf“, „normal scharf“ oder „sehr scharf“ haben möchte. Ich entschied mich für „normal“. Und das sollte normal sein? Es war, als würde das Gericht brennen. Aber es schmeckte einfach super und ich redete mir ein, dass Schärfe bei der Sonne und den Temperaturen genau das Richtige sei…
The doc was quite fine with my condition. I told him that it wasn’t my merit but due to his therapy. My right leg isn’t only a very little bit swallowed and also the effusions of bllod in my toes are decreasing. They don’t look any longer as not washed since weeks.
It was like last year: In the Noodle House we were the only guests. That’s a real pity, because the meals there’re my ablotute favorites and so they should have a lot of more guests. Tina only had a little hunger, so we shared four spring rolls as starter. After that Tina eat 3 wan tans, one she offered to me. It was also very delicious. By recommendation I ordered Singapore Noodles. A dish from the wok made of noodles, chicken, beef and prawns together with some vegetables. I have been asked, whether I want to have it „less spicy“, „mild spicy“, „normal spicy“ or „quite spicy“. I decided for „normal“. That should have been normal? The dish was like burning. But the taste was so great and I said to myself that spice should be exactly the right thing with this sun and hot temperatures…
